The 2021 Châteauneuf Du Pape Cuvee Chaupin is one of the top 2021s out there. Vinified with 40% stems and mostly Grenache from the northern part of the appellation (it's a blend from Chaupin and La Crau), it has a medium to full-bodied, more structured style as well as slightly cooler climate-like aromatics of black raspberries, spring flowers, crushed stone, and pepper. Balanced and nicely textured, with plenty of mid-palate depth, this is well worth seeking out and buying. 93-95
