A mature, pretty and nicely fresh nose reflects notes of citrus rind, white flowers and pear extract. There is a lovely tension to the nicely detailed and overtly mineral flavors that offer fine length. This is inviting, an abundance of minerality that helps to add lift to the saline, No oxidation whatsoever! Absolutely delicious!
Here too there is enough reduction present to suppress the fruit so I would suggest decanting this if you're tempted to try a bottle in the immediate future. There is a bit more flesh to the mid-palate with delicious and attractively textured flavors that possess a caressing mouth feel that continues onto the clean, cool and focused finale that is a bit less austere. In a word, lovely.
