COGNAC FRAPIN PLUME
The essence of Frapin's cellarmasters’ expertise, Plume is a limited edition made from a blend of around twenty eaux-de-vie produced exclusively from the nearly 600 acres of vineyards around Château Fontpinot. This very old 100% Grande Champagne Cognac has aged patiently for over 60 years in century-old barrels in Frapin's humid Paradis cellar, where the oldest, most prized Cognac is stored. Its decanter is decorated with an 18-carat rose gold stopper and feathers.
Plume has it all – a nose redolent of dried apricots and figs, licorice, orange, and tobacco, a palate offering candied fruit, spice, oak, and rancio plus an exceptionally long finish.
