A truly unbelievable aligote. Cool and distinguished nose with a lot of fresh herbs and flint. Then super-elegant and wonderfully minerally on the sleek and extremely precise medium-bodied palate. Very long, focused finish. Closer to a great Chablis from a cool vintage than anything from this part of Burgundy. From a vineyard on limestone soil planted in 1945. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
