Very flinty nose with plenty of lemon-zest character and a touch of floral honey. Cool, mineral and focused front palate for the warm vintage, then some more generosity comes through on the mid-palate, even more at the rather long, creamy finish. The first vintage made from organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
