Bright nose of lemon curd and lemon tart. Elegant medium-bodied palate with an excellent interplay of restrained creaminess and lemony acidity. From a northeast-facing plot with a cool micro-climate and white marl soil. Matured in a variety of barrel sizes, including one large foudres, but no new oak. Terrific freshness and brightness at the finish. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
