I recommend this amazing Givry to anyone who thinks the Cotes Chalonnaise is a second-class citizen in the world of Burgundian wines. Enormous concentration, but every bit as much finesse, everything fitting together into a seamless whole that glides over your palate and off into the far distance. And the amarena cherry character is so deep and so refined. Limited production. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
