his NV Princes Brut Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir and is entirely based on the 2012 vintage (80% from Verzenay and 20% from Les Riceys). Disgorged in July 2017 with a dosage of six grams per liter, this bottling opens with an intense but fine bouquet of red fruits and some ethereal notes like fir needles and juniper. On the palate, this is a mouthful of round, fresh and delicate Champagne! It is seriously structured yet very finessed, lithe, elegant and persistently aromatic, with lovely cherry and black currant flavors in the finish. Just gorgeous! Tasted November 2017.
