Toasted brioche with spice and white flowers on the nose — this persistent 100% Chardonnay pulsates with great energy, freshness and a core of delicious flavors including hazelnut, pastry, and hints of citrus. Grace, depth and beauty that are both a nod to its noble terroir. Enjoy now through 2025.
All Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards in Verzenay, the NV Champagne Grand Cru Page Blanche is a beautiful, crystalline, mineral-laced Champagne offering clean, crisp notes of buttered orchard fruits, white flowers, crushed stone, and hazelnuts. It needs plenty of air to show at its best, and while it starts off tight and reserved, almost austere, it blossoms beautifully with time in the glass and has medium-bodied richness, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish. It needs 2-3 years to hit prime time and should keep for a good decade. It's a beautiful wine.
This is easily the most elegant wine in the range with its admirably pure, cool and airy nose that combines notes of Granny Smith apples and petrol with those of white flower, quinine, yeast and a whiff of bakery shop character. The equally pure and much more refined middle weight flavors terminate in an intensely saline and bone dry finish that is sneaky long. The supporting mousse is ultra-fine and overall, this is really lovely stuff that for my taste would benefit from a few more years of bottle age. In a word, excellent.
Tight, textured with strong minerality and deliciously perfumed freshness, this Champagne is very fine. Zesty with citrus flavors and floral with green apples, this bottling is just ready to drink
