The Munro’s Macallan 1991 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been distilled, matured and bottled in Scotland using 100% malted barely which has then matured in Scotland for a minimum of 31 years in
oak casks.
Nose: Warm and inviting with notes of dried fruits combined with dark Muscovado sugar. Not surprisingly there is a delightful Sherry character together with suggestions of fine oak and the merest suggestion
of vanilla.
Taste: This is rather special because here we have an abundance of sweetness along with an amazing, delightful and rewarding character. In this dram you will find flavours of dark, rich fruit pudding and the most sumptuous traditional Christmas cake.
Finish: This Single Malt lasts beautifully on the palate. It is smooth and untroubling and really implores you to share only the tiniest sip with your very special friends and your most favourite of family members.
