Alacran - Mezcal Zactate Limon (750ml)
Auténtico Mezcal Alacrán Zacate Limón, or simply A.M.A Zacate Limón, is a 100% espadín mezcal infused with lemongrass. It is produced in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca.
Espadín agaves are matured, harvested, roasted, and crushed. The resulting, smoky liquid is allowed to naturally ferment before being double-distilled in small batches in micro copper pot stills.
In a unique twist, A.M.A Zacate Limón is infused with natural lemongrass flavors, giving the finished product a shiny yellow-green cast and a bright, herbal citrusy kick—in addition to Auténtico’s standard, lightly smoky flavor profile.
